Rep. Frese was proud to join Adams County farmers for their Farm Bureau Legislative Update lunch this week in Quincy. Among other topics, Frese spoke about pending legislation in the House and Senate that would help keep family farms in the family by making positive changes to Illinois’ estate tax.
