Rep. Frese Joins Groundbreaking for New Blessing Surgery Center

Rep. Frese this week grabbed a shovel and joined in the groundbreaking for the newly relocated Blessing Surgery Center at 11th and Spring in Quincy. The new center is expected to be completed by January, 2022.
